e Salon appreciates your business and wants to provide you with a luxurious and meaningful experience each and every time you are with us. The following policies and courtesies are designed to ensure we exceed your expectations.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

When making your reservation, please have your credit card or gift certificate available so we can hold your appointment for any service over $50. We require a 24-hour  notification for any date changes or cancellations for appointments and packages; 72 hours for parties of four or more. There is a 50% cancellation fee without proper notice for services, packages, or no-shows.

ARRIVALS & AMBIANCE

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service so you have time to check-in, change into a robe if necessary, and relax. To ensure a serene environment for all of our guests, we are unable to render services to guests accompanied by children. Services are offered to children by appointment only. Cell phones are strongly discouraged and should be silenced when entering the spa.

If you arrive to your service 15 minutes or more late your reservation could be subject to cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee.

SPA ATTIRE

Guests are provided robes and slippers and assigned a personal locker prior to Spa appointments. If you plan to utilize the Wet Spa, a swimsuit is required.

PAYMENT & GIFT CERTIFICATES

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All prices are subject to change and may vary by technician/provider. An 18% service charge is included on parties of four or more.

Gift certificates are available and must be presented at the time of service. Gift certificates are transferable; however, non-refundable. In-store credit will be substituted for all returns and gift certificates.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is never expected, be always appreciated.
